Welcome to our 5-Star Rated Third & Survey Properties, where we love going above and beyond to provide genuinely exceptional hospitality to our RV hosting, parking, and EV-charging guests.
We're not a traditional campground or RV park—and that's exactly how we like it!
We are a private hosting property offering dispersed boondocking and premier spaces with electricity, all just a short walk from the historic heart of Tombstone, Arizona.
Park your rig, grab your walking shoes, and go experience everything this incredible little town has to offer.
Then come back, slow down, watch an unforgettable desert sunset, and enjoy the quiet and spectacular star-filled skies.
A Little Bit of Our Story...
What started as hosting visitors has grown into something we truly love—meeting people from all over the country and around the world. Sharing our little piece of Tombstone with them.
Our physical shop is currently tackling some much-needed interior renovations. We're excited about what's changing to enhance your time with us!

We have a great selection of hosting spaces throughout the property, with accommodations for equipment up to approximately 35 feet.
Spaces for larger Class A motorhomes and equipment with a combined length of 75 feet or more are limited, so we strongly recommend giving us a quick call before arriving to make sure we have a space that works for you.
Need somewhere to leave a towable while you head into town?
We've got you covered. We have a fenced area where a towable may be stowed while you're out exploring.
Step Outside and Explore!
One of the things we love most about our hosting location is what is right outside your door.
Our property is adjacent to acres and acres of Bureau of Land Management property, giving you easy access to the surrounding desert for hiking, biking, and exploring.
And when you're done exploring?
Come back, sit down, take a breath, and enjoy the view.
The desert has a way of putting on a pretty spectacular show.

We understand that travel doesn't always go according to plan.
Maybe you arrive earlier than expected.
Maybe your plans change.
Maybe your RV is a little bigger than you originally thought.
Maybe you're simply not sure which space will work best.
That's okay!
We're real people, and we're here to help.
We'll work with you to select a hosting space based on the size of your equipment and the amenities you choose.
When circumstances change, we'll do our best to adapt quickly and make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Reservations and Arrivals
Reservations are preferred
We accept new hosting arrivals Monday–Saturday, 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m. MST.
We greatly appreciate no new arrivals on Sundays while we take a day to rest, relax, recharge, and enjoy a day of faith with our family and friends.

Don't worry—we may be able to accommodate you!
Early arrivals are welcome when your space is available.
Give us a quick call and we'll check to see whether the previous guests have already headed down the road toward their next adventure and whether your space is ready.
Sometimes your adventure gets here before your scheduled arrival time.
We'll do our best to help when we can!
