We love welcoming your four-legged family members to Third & Survey Properties! To help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone:

• Pets must be kept on a leash or tethered at all times.

• Pets must be current on all vaccinations.

• Pets must not be aggressive toward other guests or animals.

• Proof of vaccinations may be requested at our discretion.

• A maximum of two pets is permitted per stay.

💩 Leave No Trace — Clean Up After Your Pets

Please pick up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately.

💰 $250 Pet-Waste Cleanup Charge

A $250 cleanup charge will apply when pet waste is left on the property and is not properly cleaned up by the pet owner.
