A Few Helpful Hints for Your Stay

We want you to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay—and we want to be good neighbors to the people and property around us. Here are a few things that will help everyone enjoy their time at Third and Survey Propoerties.

Generators

Quiet generators are welcome in our dispersed areas, based on each guest's individual needs.

Generator operating noise must remain at or below 60 decibels when measured 25 feet from the generator.

Please be considerate of your neighbors when operating a generator, especially during nighttime hours.

Your Fur Babies Are Welcome!

We love our four-legged guests!

Please pick up after your pets. It's considerate, keeps our property beautiful, and helps protect the natural environment.

One thing I want to clarify before we publish this: your original wording says “Two pet minimum per parking reservation.” If you actually mean a maximum of two pets, that should say “Two-pet maximum.” If you really mean a minimum of two, we'll keep it as written.

 Check-Out & Arrival Times

Your parking time expires at 11:00 a.m.

New parking guests may begin arriving at 12:00 noon MST.

This one-hour window allows us time to prepare spaces and helps make everyone's arrival and departure go smoothly.

Explore & Respect the Land

Our property borders acres and acres of Bureau of Land Management land, offering wonderful opportunities for hiking, biking, and riding.

Please enjoy it responsibly:

• Stay on designated or established trails where applicable.

• Respect private property and posted areas.

• Leave gates exactly as you found them.

• Pack out what you bring in.

• Leave the landscape as you found it.

 Come Prepared

Most of our spaces are dispersed parking, and we strongly prefer self-contained RVs.

Arriving with your fresh-water tank filled and wastewater holding tanks empty will help ensure that you have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

 Need a Little Help?

We understand that sometimes you need a little something during your stay.

Water top-offs and trash pickup can be arranged upon request.

Off-site sewer service may also be arranged during your stay.

 Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

By making a reservation, entering, occupying, or using the property, the guest/camper acknowledges that they are voluntarily choosing to stay at Third and Survey and understands that outdoor, recreational, RV, and dispersed-property environments involve inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Arizona law, the guest/camper releases, waives, and discharges Third and Survey and the applicable property owners, operators, agents, employees, representatives, and other released parties from claims arising from the guest's use or occupancy of the property, including claims involving personal injury, illness, death, or damage to or loss of personal property, to the extent such release is permitted by law.

The guest/camper acknowledges that the property includes natural and outdoor conditions that may present risks, including but not limited to uneven or natural terrain, rocks, wildlife, insects, weather conditions, darkness, recreational activities, vehicles, RVs, electrical connections, water connections, and other conditions associated with a rural/desert property.

The guest/camper voluntarily assumes responsibility for understanding and accepting these conditions and for acting reasonably and responsibly while on the property.

The guest/camper is responsible for the safety and operation of their own RV, vehicle, equipment, pets, and personal property and for the conduct and safety of members of their party and guests.

Nothing in this release is intended to waive or release any liability that cannot legally be waived under Arizona law.

Guest Acknowledgment

By completing a reservation and/or entering or using the property, the guest acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to read these guidelines and the applicable terms of their stay, ask questions, and make an informed decision about whether to stay at the property.
